How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
How does verification work?+
You can submit a selfie (photo verification) or a government-issued ID (ID verification) through the app. Our team reviews submissions manually and documents are deleted within 30 days of a decision.
My account has been banned — what can I do?+
If you believe your ban was a mistake, you can submit an appeal directly in the app from the banned screen. Our moderation team reviews all appeals and will respond within a few days.
How does Safe Meeting work?+
Before a date, open the Safe Meeting tab, add your contact's details, and start a session. They'll receive a watch link they can open in any browser — no app needed. Check in with your PIN at the intervals you set. If you miss a check-in or trigger SOS, your contact is alerted.
The watch link my contact received isn't working.+
Watch links are only valid while the session is active. If the session has ended or the link has expired, it will show an error. Start a new session to generate a fresh link.
Can I use Scizzr if I'm not a woman or queer?+
Scizzr is a space built specifically for women and queer people. Accounts that misrepresent identity or that make other members feel unsafe will be removed.
How do I report someone?+
Open the profile of the person you want to report, tap the ⋯ menu, and select Report. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
